We retain project enquiry records in our secured studio database only as long as necessary to manage our active correspondence and professional engagements. 3. Website Analytics, Cookies and Session Storage

We use Microsoft Clarity on public pages of tendercrafthq.com to understand page visits, clicks, scrolling, downloads and product-link activity. Clarity can provide session replays and heatmaps; form inputs and sensitive content are masked by default. These pages and products are intended for adults choosing software or printable resources.

We configure Clarity with advertising and analytics cookie storage denied. This uses its limited, cookieless mode rather than persistent identifiers for recognizing returning visitors. Clarity is excluded from the private /admin portal, local development and preview deployments. Necessary authentication cookies are used for administrative sessions.
